I don't understand why so many people need to number their versions 1.0 instead of the proper numbering like 0.1 or even 0.01 for a concept..

Yeah, those are definitely images from different games. Pretty sure the fairy in the last screenshot is from Violated Hero 3.

Ren'py defaults the version number to 1.0 and the user needs to change it to something else.

Aha! This little blurb is moderately important, imo. Why isn't this in the OP? Considering this is a learning experience for the developer who isn't even selling the game.. At the very least, the ripped images make more sense.

I know I read it, I was just confused why is version 1.0 a concept.. normally 1.0 indicates that the game is out of alpha/beta and is released and any changes after is updates or bug fixes.
