Does this feel like AI cg to anyone else, just a vibe from the movement animations, doesn't feel like the human flash drag animation, but it's too fluid
the feet also get a weird, fade to a slightly different image after the animation

i think it is AI too, just by looking at the images it gives me this eary AI feeling

Baked in mosaics should be a crime

AFAIK, Japanese devs can still get in trouble if the mosaic can be reverse engineered, regardless of how it appears IG. Obviously, it's harder to apply to 3D games with how assets work.

Gosh, I had some hope. But this just feels like low effort slop. With some AI, I could probably push something of this quality in a week or two. Maybe I'm high balling it too much.

Whatever is inside that game's archive, it's more worthy to be called Grand Strategy than current version of Stellaris.
And is at least playable.
Bitter since pops rework of 3.0 which was never quite finished before second pops rework... well... popped in 4.0 .
Hell, I'll try this game out of spite! And I shall enjoy it! More than modern Stellaris, that's for sure!
