I have been trying to find this game that I played ages ago.
The game started with the MC (female) waking up in, what I think was some kind of hospital, bed.
She is then asked to wait for the boss to arrive, who is also a woman.
You can choose to leave or to wait.
If you wait, once the boss arrives you can resist or submit.
If you resist you get your head shaved.
Otherwise, you get the option to become the boss's secretary or something like that.
You could also become a patient in the place
