I seriously can't remember if it was RAGS or QSP, or even TADS, but this game definitely did not use Renpy and was way more text based (wasn't an html either). Plot was a couple was about to have sex in their car until a meteor crashed somewhere near them giving the guy weird-ass powers. Obviously he uses those powers to bang every new woman he comes across. What was striking about this game was that the author was a pretty big deal, won multiple awards from the then porn game community and all his other games were pretty well received. The particular game I am trying to find is also a bit unique because you had to manually type in specific words to progress...
