I played a game along time ago where you start in like a desert. You make it to town and have some choices. One of them involves android 18 as a sales person at a clothing store. She needs to keep her job so you trick her into helping with some boxers and end up having her give you a blow job. Its a pretty old game i'm not sure if its ever been updated it was in development when i played it maybe 10 years ago.
