The main character is on some kind of island.
Pretty sure you start out with a house.
There are multiple different female characters that you can meet.
It kinda looks like a topdown rpg like Stardew Valley but with much worse graphics.
It also plays similar with being able to pickup rocks and sticks and there being a (pretty bad) fishing mini game etc.
