I've decided to start adding posts to mark when a new game is added to the list. First update:

in Mouse-based:

Oh I really like this thread!

Nursery Dimension is as far the only game that I've played that actually locked the usage of mouse, demanding keyboard-only or controller-only gaming, yet accomodates a perfect left handed experience.

All default keybinds are left handed, meaning that this game's designed to be one-handed playable from the getgo. All platforming aspects like jumping and dashing, item usage, spells and attacking, all can be easily done with averagely dextrous and capable left hand. All keybinds can be modified.

Controls that are far from the left hand by default are only for pause (P), map (M), camera controls ( [ and ] for zoom in/out, and numpad for positioning), and they are only for menu-specific sections and/or sex scene usage, not action scenes. You don't have any timed actions in sex scenes so all controls are still easily accessible only by the left hand with the keyboard by default.

Runaway Girl Simulator, despite being a basic life simulator game with simplified 3d free-roam in an area and menu interactions and dialogues, the 3d free-roam sections has one-handed mouse only actions, includes moving, switching to user interface, dashing, interacting, all with left, middle, and right mouse buttons.

Wakarase Riina-chan and Mugi-chan Sex Diary, both games from Kano Workshop, has similar 3d freeroam and similar mouse-only controls, but has a lot more freedom of movement from mouse only. Holding Right click allows to move even side by side not just moving to the front of the camera view.

All 3 games mentioned still has basic keyboard+mouse controls, but they have the mouse-only controls built-in by default.

Oh and Runaway Girl Simulator has 2d CG, Live2d sex, and 3d animated sex, while these two Kano Workshop's games has only 3d animated sex.
