I completed the storyline in 2-2.5h on hard

mouse wheel also works

EDIT: btw i recommend the strong rod preset, bc althought slow always knocks your enemies( even bosses!!!) back

totally, just like parade buster, press three moving orbs to break free (i made it through the story without ejaculating), it doesnt have a story based sex scene and there is also an option to make it Family friendly (steam-version has this option locked to family friendly

i have completed the dark alley till lvl 25 and i think its complete after the lvl 10 special boss. the enemies just get stronger infinitly
