how many times are you willing to read "die fucking loser cunt!" or "kill the negro bitch already!" or "may God have mercy on your soul" before you just give up hope for humanity and shut down the API forever? Are you going to publish monthly Patreon updates tallying up mentions of NTR, incest, futa or scat in feedback submissions?

I think this is a really valueable question for this specific topic but also of great general interest to adult game development specifically and the game development industry in general. Abuse against devs is one of the biggest reasons people quit the industry; it destroys the industry and literally makes entire generations of games successively worse. This is actually a well documented problem with a ton of data and analysis.

Development of tools against abuse are well worth people's time and interests.

The people who were stuck may not get fixed directly/instantly, but if you can fix the problem in your next release/patch, the game is improved for everyone.

As a dev, one of the things I really love about F95 is people aren't shy As long as you keep on top of your thread people will help surface issues, and happily test fixes you have. It's strange, but porn-game pirates have turned out to be the nicest users I've dealt with in 15+ years of making games. You can get much the same understanding about technical issues by just staying in the thread and being responsive.
