I don't see any mention of Evermore in the OP, that may have been abandoned but I think it's still one of the better games out there.

I love when you guys put these lists together, it helps greatly, but isn't this list a bit flawed?
What I mean by that is, take "The Best Deal" for example, that game for me it's not even an incest game because the milf is not the mc biological mother, so is just one big pretend because we are in the body of her diseased son. Then, there's the mind control nonsense, that doesn't usually goes hand to hand with romance when you're brainwashing someone to be with you.
I didn't check all the games, but if this one is here, maybe there's more?

Fully agree. Games where the protagonist isn't related to the people they romance or have sex with isn't incest. Putting the protagonist's soul into a body that is related to the love interest is just the weirdest way to do incest.
Best Deal and Twisted World both play on this concept, and I really don't like it.
I'm also a bit hesitant when it comes to some mind control games for the incest tag as well. The thrill of the taboo is that both parties know it is a taboo and still break it. With mind control waay too many games bypass the taboo entirely by making either party completely unaware of what they are doing, therefore the thrill is kind of missing.

Debatable.
There is a good chance he won't get his stuff back from the police. In the time he started the prequel he might as well have started over from the beginning. Which he didn't do and that doesn't boost my confidence at all.
They are in difficult situations, but they are more alive than games like summertime saga and taffy tales.
Overall, game development is getting worse, every game has more chances of being abondened than completed.
To summarize, I think Savior and Lost at birth could receive few more updates, but I wouldn’t believe they’ll be completed. The most trustworthy dev is royalcandy . I still have hope that he’ll finish the game. He could cut content, I wouldn’t care. Since he’s realized his priorities in life, the MC could too: leave all the LIs behind, end up only with family ending

Would be nice if it was added to the list, I'm sure you'll like it if you like incest in general, because that's literally the only focus in it! Although it has some slight corruption of the MC to move the story at first (coming from the sister this time) I still consider it a story that focuses very on a deep romance between the family trio, and a must play if you like this genre!
