If it would be Japanese, it would be censored.

I'm actually a bit surprised that someone made a game like that at all.
I doubt that it's worth from financial perspective. You have to get multiple actresses to act for different routes, just to end it up as a simple porn.
The time investment vs. returns can't be high enough. I bet it would make more money just making multiple videos.
