I was browsing the latest updates and clicked on "My Parent's Case"

What I get to see is: "Oops! We ran into some problems. You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

I checked other titles and I can visit those pages, this title is the only one.

So what's up?

Why can't I view this title but other titles just fine?

I got the same problem too when I was trying to post an erotic manga that I've recently translated into Comics & Stills. That's weird. Maybe its a server error.

I think you can not create topics into "comics" just as you can't into "games" - only uploaders and moderators can do that.
You need to post it into "comics requests", see here:

I've already posted 8 of them successfully without ever applying as an uploader. I didn't have any problems beforehand.
