There seems to be 2 major bugs I found already. If you talk to the 'landlady' when she is on the porch it warps you to another area and you can't interact with anything. A similar problem occurs when you open the clothing store and talk to the 'older tenant' it will actually delete your progress and make you repeat that quest all over again.

The saves are quite heavily broken for me - it's like most things aren't being saved. Load a save and you lose most of your progress and get punted to a different location.

I wonder how the sandbox works in this one, is it free roam to see different events or does the player have to do chores around the house and earn points/stats?
Does the player have controls over kinks/fetishes to avoid what they are not interested in, or will there be forced content?

Btw, in the 5 preview, the arm looks strange, like it's twisted.
