I opened a medium importance ticket a few days back, offering a donation.
How long can I expect for tickets to be read? No hurry. Just a little concerned. I don't want the donation code stolen/used before you guys can claim it.

Both are medium and general support.
Because it depents on which mod/staff is online and how much time they have, after all, they do this voluntarily.

I'm currently in your exact same place, made a ticket with the code there, and still waiting for an answer, the only thing I'm hoping is that it ain't going to waste.

Edit: I'm a little late but I got the name and everything after around 3 days from donating so yeah, just wait and you'll get everything, no worries.
