Are there any games out there where instead of corrupting the female character it's more akin someone who's already slutty but realizing they don't like that life after all. Possibly like a prostitute or sex worker wishing for something real. Does anyone know a game with such a, or similar, setup or route?

Depraved Awakening - game completed, one of the possible LI in the game named Carli with whom the MC can romance is a prostitute, but if we choose her as LI she will give up her profession for the MC.
