So, I was messing around in the "Latest Updates" page and I noticed that while there's an option to hide ignored threads, there was no option to only show watched threads. This is probably something that never came up among the devs since I don't see any technical reason why one is possible but the other isn't (though I have no access to the source code so take it with a pinch of salt).
