Did anyone stop to think that maybe the art was done like this on purpose? Maybe the artist is really good, but just wanted to have some fun to see what would happen/peoples reactions with art like this. It does say "parody" in the title description and it also got some to go to his Patreon, so I think it worked in that regard.

The girls/blobs derives from an established anime/manga. Thus the parody tag. Check his other works, they are just as shit. Could it be """ironic""" (while he really can't do much better) or the porn game's world equivalent of shit posting? Sure. Is it still shit? Yes!

I have also looked into the demo of " Humanity Falls " on Patreon and well fuck me man, the first thing that comes to mind here are memories of weird sonic fanfics. The dev also has a goal of like 500 bucks on Patreon, at which point they'll go full-time game dev. The only explanation I can find for someone to be able to do "this":
