VN - Unity - Completed - Order Us! [v1.01] [Argent]

Id like to be generous to this game, but I simply cant.

Let's just get the premise out first. You play as handsome, muscular, apparently human entity who has just been given a task of managing what can only be described as a brothel cafe. Your staff consists of Peaches - my breast is about the size of a continent, and Mocha - why am I even here. The entire story revolves around you getting the cafe ready for service (or servicing wink* wink*) but there's two problems. Peaches' apparent insubordination, and Mocha's complete and utter ignorance of the term sex.

Gameplay is typical VN. You click until there's no more clicking to be had and the game ends, abruptly. Like there's literally only one choice in this game, pick your girl and that's it. The game is presented in wonderful live2d, which is about the only thing going for it, no VA, with a large dose of repetitive music.

How's the H then? Well...I hesitate to call it bad, because its an okay experience far as VN goes, but its not memorable. Bizarrely there's no live2d here, all you get are stills that can only imagine to be connected to the text its written over.

Characters for what its worth is okay-ish. I would say very well designed and the live2d brings them to life somewhat.


CONCLUSION

Its a decent attempt at a VN eroge but here's my biggest bugbear of the entire game. Its wayyyy too fucking short. I played the demo months ago, came back and to my bafflement turns out that the demo is about 50% of the entire game. Like literally two sex scenes per character, not even a single plotline beyond the initial premise. There's no character growth because the game has ended mere centimeters after it started. I was genuinely in shock, because the game subverted my expectations of VN games. There's no trope here, because graded against any one off 13 episode anime, this ends at about episode 3 at best.

The game would be vastly improved by having a linear storyline where you switch between Peaches and Mocha, because fuck having to choose between them. Having an actual plot will help too, with choices that are consequential, ideally leading to character growth.

And for the love of god, this is an eroge. So at the bare minimum the sex scenes should not only be highly varied, there should be multiple camera angles, basically where most of the dev money should be concentrated at. This game: not it.

All in all, the game's a tease at best. I would love to see more, because it cant get any shorter than this one.

I enjoy and hate VN.

First, i enjoy the stories the creators make, but the actions of the MC is so dumb or mean that its really a turn off. Not a spoiler, but Mocha is a innocent woman that doesnt know anything about sex, but wants to learn. She falls for the handsome MC, and he would rather tease and torture her than actually care for her.

She wants to learn, and is bored when looking at the text book. Instead of just getting permission, showing her his cock, and giving her a hands on lesson, he rather keep her fustrated the whole time. I get it, the story has to be filled with fluff, so all this dumb stuff is part of the story, but its not realisitc. You can skip all the dumb decisions, because its not like she is fighting it. She literally would jump you in the middle of the night if she wasnt so timid and caring. These stories always have it where the women are supposed to service random guys, when they would rather marry and sleep with only the MC.

just my opinion, but the story has alot to fix. The animations and characters are great. If it was just the visuals, would be great, the story is whats ruining the score, and that story should be 80% of the score

Since there's a lot of people complaining, but no actual reviewing, let me have a go at it:

=Breakdown=
Music: 4/10 - Well, it exists, and when it's not exploding my ears it sounds just very basic.

Art: 7/10 - Pretty, nicely drawn. Somewhat too pointy on the faces, and some weird reds/blushes on the body like sunburns.

Style: 6/10 - Live 2D should be standard for 2D VNs, it's just so much more fun to see. Very bland backgrounds.

UI/Game: The settings are broken, I cannot go into windowed mode, the save menu is strange, besides taking a lot to open, the quick-save button also opens the save menu for whatever reason;
Duration/Price: I was going to be harsher, but maybe the price has changed since I last checked. Short game, but for 5 bucks it's completely fair;
Sound/VA: I know it's expensive, but at least some kinds of sound effects would be nice.

Story: Since I hate these "pimping my girl" type of story, so I won't judge you on this in order to not sound like a biased jerk.

NSFW: 5/10 - While your art there is good, the lack of any kind of animation on a game that makes a good use of Live 2D doesn't make it strange, it feels extremely jarring. I mean, this is a NSFW game, the draw for most people is the porn, and but then it seems you kinda forgot to spice that up. And also it's really funny that Mocha has a nipple double the size of the opposite, which I don't remember if it was on purpose or not now.

=Thoughts=
I don't know the dev, but if this is your first "real" game, then congratulations to you, it's solid.
But there's still much that could be improved for your next outings, such as polishing the art in some aspects, filling a bit more of the game with sounds and different tracks of music. Developing longer interactions and/or different situations with both girls together would be interesting to see. Also more sex-scenes lol

Very nice hentai game, very good animations and quality.
Is in Demo for now, so probably will be better wen realise, but for now the things i dislike was: Don't have voices, a little repetitive animations and short.
Probably will be much better when realises, i could change my opinian, but for now is this.
