Yet again the cracking request for the official English translation, get that more attention not a old translation request.
bro when i try to open up the game it asks for a license key. do you have any idea about this?I could not find any requests for it, but I could not see that anyone had already posted the game, so here you are
The game *Text* is in English, but the options Menu is still in Japanese.
So I guess this is what you would call "Partially-translated"
But at this point the game is playable and you can follow the story line + it does not take more than a few seconds to go thru the usual options menu to figure out what is what

Only thing I can think of is that you have downloaded the RPGMaker for JRPG games, insted of the run time package?
