Happy not Project W Wednesday! I don't post on Tuesdays and there's other things we're preparing for the end of this week, so it's time for the first Project W post of a new year . To celebrate how long I've been planning the story, I'm going to finally share what the "W" in Project W stands for. It is...

Wings. Project W is Project Wings! But don't make any assumptions yet, haha. There are no characters with wing appendages and proper flight has nothing to do with anything! The "wings" in question are based on a less common definition of the word. You're gonna have to wait even longer to find out what it truly means in the world of Project W. Sorry for that.

However, I am going to share some specifics today. As I promised, 2025 is the year when you'll get to learn all about the magical creatures who live in the land of Project W, the lumulles! There's a lot to go over. Part 1 is only scratching the surface!

Lumulle Info Part 1:
Lumulles are made entirely of natural material, very similar to clay but more flexible even when hardened. They come in a wide range of colors, mostly browns and tans but also creams and reds. It is based on minerals within the world’s crust. Their entire body is a single color, excluding their eyes.

Lumulles grow and develop in the earth before being born. Lumulles do not have physically gendered characteristics. All lumulles are born with a basic humanoid shape that’s the same for almost all of them. They have one head, two arms, two legs, five fingers on each hand, five toes on each foot, and such. There’s little variety in head shape, noses, torsos, etc. However, just like the same lump of raw clay could be turned into a vase of any style and reformed repeatedly into something else, lumulle bodies are not stuck the way they were born (that’ll come up more in later parts).

Lumulles have jagged teeth initially, like a glass pane broke into two. As they use their teeth to grind down edible material, the teeth eventually flatten and become more even in size. Some lumulles file their teeth in the morning and at night to get them uniform ASAP and keep them that way. Others file their teeth to retain the sharpness! And some don't bother shaping their teeth. It's a personal preference thing.

Lumulles are totally hairless. They have something like eyebrows, but it’s actually a thin ridge of their body material that sticks out to help project their eyes from debris.

Lumulle ears are holes in the sides of their head. They have another ridge above them similar to the “eyebrows”, but these are larger and more covering. The shape helps direct sound into the ear hole. It looks like one, two, or three petals curled around the head of a flower.

Lumulle’s have crystal lenses for eyes. The crystals are not solid, they're multi-faceted. The lenses can twist inward getting smaller in order to see closer details or the crystal can twist outward to be larger in size and see more broadly.

So, there you have it! Now you know the base physical characteristic of lumulles. I hope that was interesting. Next month I'm gonna share about how lumulles present and express themselves with clothing, accessories, and more .

OL2: Beta Build 1.4.12 ➕ (PC, Mac, Android)

Pop quiz! Prepare the calculators! This month's beta adds the first part of Colorful Class. The script isn't as over-sized and massively complicated as Mixed Up was, but it does have this highly immersive math test system.

Disclaimer:
No Information in the beta can be shared publicly.

Screenshots can't be posted, videos can't be uploaded, even discussing what occurs in the events publicly is not allowed and will get your access to future builds revoked.
You can do all of those things within the private GB Patch Discord server or leave your feedback as a comment.
Download Links:

(If Google Drive doesn't work, use the Dropbox Mirror)
And since we've had some problems in the past with so many people downloading beta builds that they get locked out by Google Drive, I've uploaded mirror builds! If the first ones listed don't work, you can try these.

(Dropbox)
Or you can bypass the quota by logging in to a Google Drive account, then on the file's download page, click "Add shortcut to Drive" in the upper right corner. Save it to your Drive, then create a new folder, put it inside, and download the folder!
Save files from the prior beta should work in this beta!
New Content:
  • Colorful Class Part 1
  • Math test feature
  • Fixes to typos/errors from the prior build
###################
The first beta of 2025 is staring off with half of the ninth Step 1 Moment. We're getting dangerously close to running out of charming moments with these kids ️.

i was so invested in that math test bro i remembered my maths :skull:
I had to look up a thing but that's because my schooling was not in English.
But i was to lazy to do all the sums I just did the rough to be close enough for the multiple choice.
Also do American kids learn about primes and stuff at 10? Back when I was 10 we did alot of drills to be faster and faster, we got primes and exponents at 12ish.
