Sometimes uploaders take a while, some of them have lives and/or don't check the patreon for new posts every like 5 minutes lol (unlike me)still nothingthe new beta was released today too

OL2: Beta Build 1.4.19 (PC, Mac, Android)

[Normally I don't post on Tuesday, but the beta was ready so I decided not to hold off until Wednesday. However, there may not be a post on Wednesday to make up for this schedule shift.]
Alright, as sad as it is to not have any more scenes during the OL2 childhood, it's very exciting to be continuing life into high school! From here on out, all betas for the next several months will be focused on Step 2. More of the prologue was added now, however the prologues are always super long. There's quite a lot of content left to go for it.
There's a couple BGs that are only sketches right now, and the high school classroom background hasn't been started at all so that's using the old Step 1 classroom location.
If you're at the highest tier, you can leave your suggestions for additional choice options/MC reactions for these new scenes HERE.

Screenshots can't be posted, videos can't be uploaded, even discussing what occurs in the events publicly is not allowed and will get your access to future builds revoked.
You can do all of those things within the private GB Patch Discord server or leave your feedback as a comment.

And since we've had some problems in the past with so many people downloading beta builds that they get locked out by Google Drive, I've uploaded mirror builds! If the first ones listed don't work, you can try these.

Or you can bypass the quota by logging in to a Google Drive account, then on the file's download page, click "Add shortcut to Drive" in the upper right corner. Save it to your Drive, then create a new folder, put it inside, and download the folder!

I'm really glad to be focused one hundred percent on the next Step of the story. I hope you'll enjoy getting to spend more and more time with the teenaged versions of Tamarack and Qiu ️.

For some reason i thought there would be a much longer gap, I'm so hyped to start Step 2... Step 1 was cute and all but GIMME THEM HOT MESS TEENAGE HORMONE DISASTERS

There's some small references and such, especially surrounding a character who was also in the previous game, but if you didn't enjoy it it's not an absolute need. I'd recommend giving it another shot, but if you end up bored again you can just skip it and try out this game.
I didn't get caught, I just live in the UK and work a full-time job on top of managing a myriad of health issues.still nothing

Since the relationship standing mechanic for step 2 hasn't been programmed to be changed based on your interactions during step 1 yet, where do you guys think Tamarack and Qiu fall now that their personalities and interests have changed? Also, do you guys see them utilizing the new jealousy and envy system?
I'm asking because I'm trying to keep them as in-character as possible, but I'm struggling a little during step 2.

They definitely are using the jealousy system I had both Tamarack and Qui jealous for my playthrough and the absolute wild things they would say just to spite each other just because they wanted the Mcs attention was wild tamarack smirking at Qui after they offered the umbrella. Qui roasting tamarack like 2 or 3 times when they didn't share homeroom with mc, Qui claiming the mc was theirs to me it makes sense to have them jealous in step 2 they are teenagers with the same crush on mc don't like each other in this step and want mcs attention on them only this is the perfect step for jealousy it's high-school hell even I would have been jealous near this age.
don't know about envy personally I'm not sure why they would be envious of each other considering your mc can be whoever you want Envy to me is basically you want what somebody else has but I'm not sure why Mc would be envious of Tamaracks horrible home situation or Quis struggle to accept themselves so they hide envious would probably be better for the love interests to use about Mc.
