Interesting, I've never gotten one there. The other times I've seen this screen, changing my clothes or picking a different line during the scene let me continue, or is that not the case here?

It lets me advance just fine if I hit ignore.
Happens every newgame when Tamarack jumps out of her leaf pile.
Also got it again when going over to her house with Qiu.
