I'm so happy I'm not the only one who feels this way I was playing the game yesterday got to the mixed dlc and mc had a fight with Baxter and Darren it's like the game tries to force mc to apologize even if they don't say anything bad about those two during the fight which is so odd to me the only choice that let's mc not be happy is one that basically says that mc still wasn't happy about it why couldn't we not accept the apology or only accept Quis and not theirs it's extremely problematic the dialog says they don't speak for a week but that's not what I want mc should be able to express and say they don't accept the apology it's like alot of our choices don't matter in the dlc episodes for how they end.
Darren and baxters small comments in these episodes make replaying a nightmare because they irritate me to no bounds so I agree with you as somebody who gets angry easily I don't feel like my character is expressing what I want not even me at 10 would forgive some of the weird comments these children say.
I just hope step 2 is done better because if they keep forcing me to be passive when characters gang up on mine and expect Me to be passive/ AND APOLOGIZE TO THEM 24/7 this is gonna get old.
(I keep playing the fight instead of the library because I don't find the library entertaining at all but I haven't tried getting them irritated then doing library I wonder if they fight there probably not but I'll see)
