Henry SHOULD ask her if she wants to come over, but then she should say no, she wants to spend time with her boyfriend because he just got home, THEN MC should be given the option to invite him over or spend the afternoon for some special alone time with his girl. That feels like the way a real open relationship would go. Other than that one interaction this feels like a normal IRL open relationship.
