The best thing about an Eva Kiss game for me is the replayability in this game besides incest it has everything you want from a multi-relationship game (also only one milf romance) but besides the minor gripes, this is probably my second favorite game when it comes to writing.

I just started this game, I don't know if it has already been suggested, Lena organizes a life drawing event at the café where she works, after a few of these events, considering that the clients of the café have seen her naked several times, she might think of work topless.
Well in one of my playthroughs she asks my chad Ian if they do it with a guy next time. This is what I'm waiting for.

I don't think Molly would want her to do that on the job. There's a difference between nudity for art and sexing up her dream cafe.
This seems like something of a last ditch effort to save them from having to sell the cafe but if you're already helping them then they're doing well enough not to worry about selling anymore.
I could see a path similar to this happening if Eva decides to expand on the abandoned(that's what I saw here) Ed route tho.
We don't know yet. The story will need to develop further, before a definitive answer can be given. If you're really worried about it I'd just make a hard save here on whatever you consider your main playthrough and then you can go back and make the appropriate choices based on how you want Ian to develop.
No, the best combination of choices can get Ian a sort-of a draw. Ian's serious training isn't long enough at this point to overcome Jeremy's natural advantage(s), given Jeremy is also training hard (if not even harder) during this time.

Don't think the dev would ever include that content so there's no reason for it to be a choice. Lena saying that she fantasize about being the dominant one makes sense because she can be that already towards Louise and/or Ian.

Ian and Lena's behavior depends a lot on their Lust level, for example Lena has a lot of Lust level, she starts to like being dominated in the relationship and starts to like sex in a threesome, if it is very low she will be more reserved and less open in the relationship.
What you say is true, however the increased turnout at the café could reduce after some time, requiring new ideas, starting not really topless but wearing only an apron and thong at first.

EvaKiss isn't done answering the questions on her most recent Q&A, but I figured I'd summarize the more interesting responses so far.

1) She is changing her first estimate of 20 chapters for the whole game down to 16 chapters, but this is not fixed. She doesn’t have a clear end goal in mind for the game but knows the general direction she wants to take the storylines.
2) She would like to give Patreons what they want (see Polls), and will make some smaller suggestions happen, but she is going to follow her own vision. Her vision is what keeps her motivated.
3) She was inspired by Mass Effect and Dragon Age. The porn VN that made her realize she could make games like this was "Katie's corruption".
4) She has experimented with AI to create backgrounds to speed things up in production, but the standard of quality is not there yet.
5) Hard to pick a favorite character or story arc since different characters/stories are appealing in different ways. Lena and Ian are fun to write in different ways. Some storylines are easier and more fun than others.
6) GGGB was a porn trope sandbox generating “wildly different” outcomes to player choices, and Eva is really interested in player actions leading to consequences, lacking in most games. For ORS, she wanted inspiration from real-world stories (along with the occasional porn trope) to make the characters more grounded and player choices to have stronger emotional impact.
7) Adding cosmetic options (like tanning Lena) is a pain, but she'd like to add a beard for Ian at some point.
8) There will be more threesomes ahead. More unprotected sex and possible pregnancies ahead as well.
9) She knew having a double protagonist was risky, but she didn’t want to make another GGGB. She wanted new creative challenges to keep her motivated. She will take on new risky challenges in her next game when it comes.
10) Some major plot points and big scenes are expected in Chapter 12 that have been on the backburner for a while.

That is concerning as we will get less content with how many character branching's are so I think EK is trying to wrap this up as quickly without cutting down on content too much. So, to end ORS in 2 year's or so.

Yeah AI is not there yet but it can help EK to boost her work and cut down time very much. She can than touch up those background's and edit them to make them workable. So yeah It's a PLUS!
