I think I’d rank Emma at number one; it would be so easy to suggest and go through with it without making a big deal of it in any way. You’ve already mentioned the potential issues with Louise, and Ivy is sneaky enough (and so bossy in bed) that I think even Lena would find it hard to fully trust her in a situation like that.
