.....
Not more games come to my mind that are not harem logic or quick fap material
Exited dor this 4 storys to unfold
Thanks man appreciate itTry this, but it's so difficult to find an actual fmc game and from a woman dev that's good aside from otome games, yuri and josei which have their target audience, respectively. https://f95zone.to/threads/newlife-v0-8-8b-splendid-ostrich.293/
This is something i noticed too in saves where they never fuck and they are rude to each other but i guess EK cant really break the "red string" that connects the two MCs and thats why they are going to be at minimum neutral with each other.I tried Ian and Lena having low relationship points (reaching red angry emojiin stats). It didn't affect the story much. While relationship stat on other characters remain reflective on the story, Ian and Lena still remained good friends despite the stat not reflecting this. This seems an oversight that could be fixed. While it's hard to expect that EK is going to fix this, it really wouldn't affect the other paths should this be given attention. In a fixed path where Ian and Lena have a bad relationship, there should be different dialogue reflecting their bad blood and less scenes where Ian and Lena are talking. A potential for this is Lena can cuck Ian with Holly earlier, not caring that Ian is dating her and only wants Holly for herself. The scene where Lena kisses Holly in her room while Holly is dating Ian would actually make sense.
That would be very much self-defeating! This "red string" theory which is actually around under other names as well, is based on a deep connection, which cannot really be cut. This is something i noticed too in saves where they never fuck and they are rude to each other but i guess EK cant really break the "red string" that connects the two MCs and thats why they are going to be at minimum neutral with each other.
It would be cool to have a save where the MCs hate each other through![]()
Well these games are required by law, if applicable, to state plainly that they contain choking hazards. Little parts, you know, can be choking hazards.I hope you did not choke yourself while playing them![]()
The relationship score is something that ORS doesn't use much in general. About the only cases where it comes into play that i can remember are minor text variations about Ivy and Jeremy (from Lena and Ian, respectively) and some options for Lena re: Axel. The Ian/lena relationship is forced since it's kinda the main plot of the game. But if you can't manage to write bad relationship between them, don't give choices to do that and not reflect it later on
It also prevents Lena from opening up to Ian about Axel if you don't let Lena kiss Ian during the earlier dates. The relationship score is something that ORS doesn't use much in general. It's probably a feature that made sense when EK was planning the game, but then it turned out too generic to be really useful, and the game uses dedicated flags to track the state of various relationships instead.
We have to be reasonable to what realistically can be developed, this is not Baldur's Gate 3. You can't make Ian leave Perry's house even if their relationship is bad or just tell Jeremy to fuck off and not seeing him anymore either. Same thing for Lena with Louise, Stan and Ivy. If you want total freedom, play a tabletop RPG with a good DM. Writing and development are already quite messy with the current pre-determined points to choose different paths and how different decisions mix. If anything, I would suggest to cut out some NPC paths like Cherry, Robert or Jess. They don't bring out a lot to the table, it would simplify things and allow more focus on the other paths. The Ian/lena relationship is forced since it's kinda the main plot of the game. I'm neutral on Jess, but Robert is hilarious and a lovely hate target, and Cherry brings interesting dynamics with her association with Lena and Axel. Not to mention she provides some actual alternative in the early game for people who aren't interested in getting their Ian involved with Alison and all that entails.I would suggest to cut out some NPC paths like Cherry, Robert or Jess.
Robert's route gets love path options if Lena keeps fucking him. :hidethepain:With Robert its just weird how much scenes he got, considering Lena just sees him as a very replacable casual hook-up.
I was not talking about retroactively cut out those characters, just cut out future content. I agree that Cherry could have brought interesting dynamics, but for whatever reason she hasn't. Maybe I will be proven wrong in future updates but there has been quite some time since the Lena/Cherry/Axel drama was revealed and so far Cherry's past association with Axel is not that different to what Lena's already brings out. And don't make me talk about her as a LI for Perry, that's just plainly wrong.I'm neutral on Jess, but Robert is hilarious and a lovely hate target, and Cherry brings interesting dynamics with her association with Lena and Axel. Ian has potentially just broke up with Lena so he could be with Cherry. I imagine in this scenario we'll see more of these 4 interacting soon, now that the beach trip is done. Since the stage for them was set.I agree that Cherry could have brought interesting dynamics, but for whatever reason she hasn't. As much as i laugh at it, having Robert as actual RO is interesting, because you don't often see a route with character who is noticeably just mediocre/flawed as genuine option. It makes the game more grounded, in that he's basically your average guy that's like the most of them.Robert as a legit LI for Lena is a joke.
Jess' storyline is detached from everyone else's, excepting possibly Ivy in the future. But it's actually been kind of a fun back burner storyline for Bad Jess. She starts wearing good Jess clothes if Ian treats her like a human rather than objectifying her as a pornstar. It's just a cute little side story. It will be interesting to see if she comes back at all if Ian did take advantage of her at his apartment, but personally I'm quite content with the content (sorry for the heteronym non English speakers) she has received for a redemption arc in this game.Jess storyline is really detached from the rest of the game and doesn't even have much to offer. Ian barely knows her and the novelty of her being a character from the prequel wears off quickly.
Once again you're right. Cherry's content did stall for a bit. But, I think she has one of the more interesting and mature romances, for Ian, outside of Lena's. We don't know for a fact she didn't do anything with Axel; if Ian isn't pursuing her, she very well may have. ffive is likely on to something that a Cherry sans Ian could show up again in a Lena / Axel route. Which would make for a very interesting development. Especially if Cindy is also starting to get involved. Axel could secretly be the typical male MC from another gameCherrys storyline stalls a bit and she is also a bit isolated from the rest of the cast, but at least there is some beef with Lena and Axel. I was a bit puzzled that she didn't do anything with Axel when they met during Ivys birthday. That could at least give more drama.
