(Looks like Alison Blonde downgrades to 1 with the selection too). Just confirmed looking at the art in game though that there is at least a small bit of content (nude text) only available with blonde Alison. So that probably answers my question on whether the sluttier behavior in bed has to be tied to the blonde hair or not at this point. My guess is that it does.
