Would be cool if we can have gggb character cameo
Very tricky to do and unlikely. They would have to be pretty minor characters that aren't affected by the game in serious ways (Eva can be dead, Bernard can be dead, Eric can be cuck or alpha, Jess can be happy artist or unhappy ex-pornstar druggie whore, etc etc). The best way to tie the games together is to have ORS be a prequel to GGGB, in that all characters are as they appear at the start of GGGB v.01 but Ashley's meta porn that Ian watches ruins this idea.

Character design (Jeremy)

Same as with Lena, I wanted Ian to have several friends that would pull him in different directions. Jeremy contrasts sharply with Perry: he's a merry and outgoing player, a guy who is mostly interested in going after girls and is not ashamed of it. His social spheres are very different too, he's into clubbing, fitness and nightlife. Jeremy has quite a polarising personality though, and if the player is not too aligned with his outlook in life tensions can arise, so I guess some of you will think Jeremy's a cool dude while others will think he's a bit of a jerk!

At the beginning Jeremy's design was a lot like Kevin's in GGGB, but I decided to change him and make him black to have a more racially diverse cast. Besides, Tyrone was one of the most popular characters in GGGB, but he was a walking stereotype. This time I wanted Jeremy to be defined by more than just his ethnicity, hopefully creating a more intricate and believable character. He has the potential to create quite a ruckus in the story!

Why not Tyronne's rap track ? Or maybe the story of Eric who survived terrorist attack in Somalia. What about Arthur going to jail (that one would make me chuckle). Dave becoming a successful artist.
I'm pretty sure it was Ashley in that porn video Ian was watching (even though she's not bimbofied probably so we could recognize her easily).

Did one of the endings involve like jack is dead or what ?
I'm not sure. As far as I'm aware, I think Jack either becomes the successful club owner or a lame depressed sluggard. But it doesn't matter. The point being, there are too many variables in GGGB, and you wouldn't want to retcon any of them as canon, retrospectively robbing people of the one thing that was done extremely well in GGGB - choice. The best way to go about it is to stay away from mentioning any kind of events or characters from GGGB. Just like Mass Effect Andromeda never mentions anything about Mass Effect 3 endings or characters aside from that one message from Liara. By merging the GGGB universe with ORS, If you feature some pretty minor characters like Kevin or Bubba, you also make that Ash porn scene that Ian watches as canon to GGGB, and it also robs people of their choice. Best leave it as it is, just the reference to another game. No need to complicate things, the narrative-damaging negatives outweigh the fan-service positives.
