Though it retains Holly/Alison placements, so at least in this context it doesn't change the argument and they're indeed liked well enough.
edit: also, the poll is from mid-2023, right before Ch.11 epilogue was released. So not that old, relatively. I imagine the Holly Trinity and the lewd Holly sneaking into Ian's bedroom only added to Holly's votes since.
