I really don't see much value discussing this. Increasing rents add to Lenas financial struggle and the overarching effect urbanism has on the people. To have this plot point as a scheme for Stan magically becoming a blackmailer just goes nowhere.

Eva wrote "I still have a few social commitments to navigate, but I hope to wrap everything up this week" three days ago. Presumably this refers to day of three kings which is tomorrow I think? I have no idea if Eva observes all the holidays.
So if it doesn't come out today I might be tempted to predict another week delay. But she seemed to imply she was very close to finishing it, so who knows.
