This is known as audience engagement. That's how you know that people are interested in character/s, story etc. Then there are individual tastes too. That's why they are complaining, requesting content with characters. Some enjoy certain character/s, some story progression. Some are just SICK OF TEASING!

Likely another game down the road, though hopefully less bullshit fetish crap shoved down peoples throats just to get the fetish money. Maybe something that is ACTUALLY story focused and isn't another GGGB2, which this game is slowly, but envitably, going to turn into.
And the only thing bigger for ORS going for it right now is going to be fetish content, after fetish content, shoved in to cater to certain fans while shafting routes that have been neglected time and time again. Thats what's ahead of us. Now, whether EK keeps her word (which is unlikely) and that she will be going back to 20+e chapters as stated before or rushing things and 'wrapping' it all up at 16, which she stated priorly before getting backlash for her proposed end mark, remains to be seen. I'd like to have some measure of hope, I really truly would... BUT given the continued shaft job, empty promises, and the continued rewarding of cuck/ntr/bbc/pointless out of left field cameos of GGGB characters, content shoved in with each update, even when it comes completely out of left field... I have serious doubts.

There is nothing wrong with being a bit clingy. There is a problem with Yandere... And there is that possiblity, for she is Yandere 2. Yandere 1 being Alison, for obvious reasons. As for never working out, very likely, although IF EK had actually the both of them talk it out instead of just not bothering to even broach the subject, who knows. If Jeremy had been completely honest with her and said that he wanted to have maybe an open relationship, with naturally the restriction she would put on him not trying to hook up with Ivy, I could see it going either way. Nah, she is rather possessive, not loyal. I can't see any scene she would work on that relationship or cherish Jeremy as a living person. She tries to fend off other BBC junkies of his junk, because she wants to secure it for herself as a sexual resource.
Point me to one scene where Louise presents some true dedication or behavior which would show her adherence to some higher values or relationship ideals or even simply why she thinks they would make a good pairing.
I can't recall any of this, so I assume there is nothing of that sort. And ORS shows us other characters can develop deeper relations, so you can't blame storytelling or character arcs.
Just as Ivy. And she is his main pick up interest and naughtiness enabler on female side. The rest is just colateral demoralization stuff, as these two try to be together.

In fact, you as a player can help Holly come out of her shell and in mechanical terms have her new outfit without falling into Ivy's hands, without having an affair or love with Lena/Ian or without having an affair with Mark. I'm not saying that's better or worse, just that you can influence her without "forcing" her to sleep with anyone if you want or you can do it by taking her to fuck everyone she can.
