Chad Ian playing Lena, Cherry and Cindy to get the rivals together would be neat. I also wonder if Axel pulls it off.
Ian cheating Lena with Cindy is one of my favorite paths anyways. Gotta love Lena and Cindy insulting each other even though their fuck the same guy. Especially if one of them has the upperhand and can ultimately gloat over the other one.

If Mike is Gillians bf, then it is pretty much settled that Lena can either cuck Gillian by seducing Mike or Mike cucks Ian by fucking both Lena and Gillian.
As for Lena fucking Ian with girls, she can tease Ian that she cucks him with Eli. I'm a sucker for random hook-ups anyways (especially if their are not GGGB cameos with unsubtle references), so the Eli flirting was a win in every way.

I actually think Axel taking most of the girls is one of Axel's end games, and one of Ian's worst endings. We have already seen how Axel can be cunning. And Ian taking most of the girls would be one of his chad endings, and Axel getting none.

To be honest, with Eva's obsession with approaching pairings realistically and methodically I wouldn't expect many very creative "more-than-threesomes." If Ian gets one with three women I think the most realistic one could be one whenever the whole Ian/Lena/Holly thing manifests, if ever. Ivy and Louise could be candidates for mixing into that somehow. If Emma ever actually gets to do something bisexual perhaps she could be another choice.
Cherry is open enough to be with women in a threesome, we know that much, but we don't know if Axel's trickery has scared her off threesomes in the first place yet. Cindy and Alison are kind of toss-ups, neither have really expressed sexual interest in women, but neither did Iris in GGGB.
None of the moresome options, such as I see then, really come from Ian being a "chad" but rather by playing along with the desires certain women may agree to.

Cindy is by far the roughest get. We haven't seen if Cindy is amiable with poly relationships. If Ian confesses to Cindy and wants a relationship with her, Cindy makes Ian stop dating Lena. Now this could just be an due to the enmity between Cindy and Lena, but it's still a point for her being monogamous. The Wildcat subplot could open this possibility though. Cindy could finally realize Axel's manipulations and runs back to Ian, only to remember that he is with Lena. Maybe Cindy and Lena would then reconcile and lead to a happy ending. Cherry went with Axel's plan with the full knowledge that he is in a relationship with Lena. Cherry seems to be fine in there being more than 1 girl. She is also fine hooking up with Ian even though she knows he is dating Lena. She may not want to continue this relationship moving forward but this is because of her past trauma with Axel, and it's literally the same other girl too so it's understandable how Cherry wants to move away to avoid repeating the same events. But I still think she is fine with Ian having both her and Lena. Lena just has to forgive Cherry and reassure her that she is fine with it now, and not like the other time.
I don't see Alison into this. She seems obsessed with Ian and wants him all for herself.

The male MC is 5'9 or 175cm it's an average height. He is like a blank slate, you get to mould him as a character. Sure if we get steroid use later in the game he can become like Jack. You can make him much better than Eric from the previous game.

Perhaps Cindy going too deep would scar her so much that it would make her compromise just to be in a relationship with Ian. With Wade lashing out on her for cheating on him with Axel, and her being isolated from her friends because of this, she may see Ian as her final hope and a source of comfort. Cindy and Lena could also bond talking about their shared abuser and they'll get closer together.
