The way Eva talked about the kink poll list, nothing is really gonna change based on it, she just descibes how this had a lot of votes, and she already had plans for it in the future. I don't think the poll was ever about anything winning and more about Eva managing her priorities. I expect the more voted for options to perhaps come up either sooner or in more quantity. Like you said with StalkFap and prostitution I think it was always a possibility that it would develop that way, as the game progresses the content should escalate after all, but now Eva might work to prioritize that content.
From the foot fetish comment it's also pretty clear that she will perhaps focus less on the material with very few votes, just not discontinue any of it. Vocal minorities are still minorities and should still gets some content, even if not as much as they would like perhaps.
I don't think prostitution is how it will develop really, based on what Eva said, just doing Stalkfap is a form of prostitution, so I don't think it will go full sex for money. She even kinda mentioned that in the overview and talk.
Also juat because something won, doesn't mean it will get full treatment, like cuckholding, she said it won't go anywhere, but she kind of reached as far as she is capable of representing that kink, also eith wanting to focus on other branches and paths so it may not be that much depth going forward.

Not sure what you mean by full treatment, but I would agree if what you mean is that one category will trump the others, I think more of it in terms of allotments perhaps, Eva will still give all content some material, but she might shift around how much and where she puts certain kinks.

I expect we'll see some kind of 'proper' prostitution/escort content eventually. Either as an extension of StalkFap shenanigans, Wildcats 'auditions', or more Seymour-related content. From a writing and storyline perspective, such a path has been hinted at and makes sense for corrupted Lena runs. There's no reason not to include such type of content unless Eva Kiss is specifically uncomfortable working on it, which was never the case up to now, considering her track record.

Keep in mind just because you can do it, doesn't mean the people in love with your MCs will appreciate you sleeping around. Some might ask you to stop or you might lose relationship points because of how you act around other characters.
