There is a difference between trying some drugs during a vacation and then being taken care of while just chilling the rest of the evening and trying some drugs and then your supposed friend is like "yo wanna go to a gloryhole and suck like 7 dicks while I take pictures and share them without your consent lmao".We have seen Ivy take party drugs on her own multiple times, regardless if Lena wants her share too. I'd say it's just her idea of how to have fun, that goes along with casual fucking. So it's perfectly possible she simply shares this idea and practice with Holly, because she thinks that's a way for Holly to have more fun, too. And Holly evidently seems to be onboard with it and does enjoy it.
You may as well wonder if Wade and Ian pressured Holly into taking drugs while at the beach house, what with Holly being supposedly soooo submissive and all. But i don't remember people here wringing hands over that.
Like, the gloryhole event is obviously intended for Holly's corruption arc with Ivy so it is very stupid for people to act like the Holly that goes through with it is the same innocent little angel of the romance routes, but Ivy is still the one doing the corrupting. This hardly makes Ivy a villain since it is unlikely Holly's corruption arc will have a tragic ending, but she's still (and always has been) kind of an asshole and a bad influence.

"Corrupting" is such bullshit concept i don't think i can roll my eyes hard enough at it.
Ivy is just teaching Holly how to have fun, in a way that Ivy herself views as fun and supposedly partakes regularly. It's not like Holly is 12 and can't choose not to hang out with Ivy, if she didn't like what Ivy lets her experience. I hardly think this makes Ivy in any way an asshole, or a bad influence, unless we're going to claim that being sexually open and having fun is something bad that no girl should have her hand in? It can be a pretty tall claim when in the meantime player-driven Lena potentially sucks all the dicks and fucks everything that moves.

You are the same person before going in and taking and the same person after taking, but you both probably had a mind-expanding amazing experience while up.
Don't blame the drugs for your behavior. Consider your options and decisions, carefully, so you can make your own informed choices.
Also, don't slut shame because you're "pure" i.e. have not made anyone orgasm. Try doing The Sex. Maybe leave the drugs until later.

My read on Holly is that she's a dilettante... there's one beach scene where she talks about how she wants to move away from Young Adult to writing actual erotica and I can imagine her wanting to 'research' that type of stuff by experiencing it for herself.
My read on Holly is that she spends the entire story desperate to be 'shown the ropes' and while there are threads where Ian or Lena basically take it upon themselves to seduce Holly, it is also possible for the MCs to kind of ignore Holly leaving the door open to Ivy who is almost completely without scruples - She hooked up with Axel without telling Lena, she manipulated Jeremy away from Louise during the drinking game, and she not only pushed Lena towards nude modelling but also towards taking drugs.
I don't have any problem believing that Ivy could drug Holly, get her riled up, and then drag her to a gloryhole. She doesn't care about Holly... to her it's just fun and hot.
The question of assuming responsibility for Holly is a thread that runs through the rest of the story too as there's a Minerva scene where she notes Ian's connection to Holly and not only dumps him but warns him away from Holly because she's easily influenced and too pure for this world.
To me, this all seems reasonable... it just needs a bit more connective tissue explaining it and it shouldn't appear in any run where Holly is involved with either Ian or Lena.

I've kinda run out of steam as well. There are so many paths, POVs and possibilities now that the game has become quite difficult and tiresome to navigate. The goal in GGGB was less complicated. ORS deals with more drama in shorter bursts, additional game stats and too many side characters on top of mundane stuff like finding the right book topic or lyrics to a terrible song.
Almost let out a groan when the game switched back to Ian in my last playthrough. That's how much I detest having to switch between two characters that I stopped caring about. I'd rather see Ian throw away his book career to become a stripper for soccer moms than helping him with his sports or book career any further.
I mean why is Holly in the gloryhole and not Lena? Ian should have followed her into the booths to get his dick sucked by her only to shoot his load into the whale instead. That's how you cross paths and stop the sidelining that is watering down the game. They should challenge each other doing crazy shit while playing cat and mouse. Let the player decide how they'll become an item, not if. It should be a story of two stars colliding, not flying past each other in a safe distance.
