I wouldn't go so far to say that anything is off the table at the moment. The game still has a long way to go before it's over, so on certain routes we could see them mend things enough to where a threesome could happen. As for a threesome with Lena/Holly its already possible with Ivy and it's almost guaranteed to be possible with Ian down the road.

The Ivy route could be interesting with that whole angle of "taming the bad girl" that it'd have surrounding it, in GGGB you could hook up Jessica with Dave and the payoff was great.
Imagine an Ian/Ivy rendition of that? Ivy falling for nice guy Ian (who can still be pretty assertive when he wants), setting her on the good path, away from drugs and sleazy guys?
There's some good narrative potential right there (and hot sex scenes too).
Damn that's a really good Pitch for a possible IanxIvy Route. Okay I want that now!

I would not be against this at all - it would be interesting to see how that would play out.
But that being said, I'd also like a chad/popular Ian to also have the potential for a committed relationship with Ivy, if we're gonna go there at all. Like, starting off that it's all about no-strings-attached sex, and Ivy sticks around cos the sex is seriously good (Ian has proven to be a considerate and open-minded lover, unlike some), but then all that time they spend together also means they get to know and like each other.. to the point where they prefer to just remain exclusive. Doesn't mean the sex can't be completely wild (as it should - I'd say Ivy has very little she wouldn't be up for, or hasn't done already) and that they can't invite other people to join them, too, as long as they're both involved.
That could get seriously hot - like making amateur porn of all the no-holds-barred shit they get up to, and making bank when they get popular as a porn couple after posting it online. Or something.
Ehh, I guess I'm just saying that because I like Ivy exactly as she is, and I also like playing a more dominant chad Ian, and don't want to compromise either of their personalities just to get them together. So having an option would be grand. I think the most important detail of either storyline is simply Ian having the opportunity and taking the time to really get to know Ivy, so she understands that Ian - regardless which version of him - knows and loved her for who she is behind the tempting outer shell and wild sex. We actually know next to nothing about her as a person besides the fact that she's probably up for most things. Ivy keeps her cards close to her chest - Ian should get a peek.
Of course, a serious relationship with Ivy may require sacrificing all other current sexual relationships Ian is in to prove he's serious about Ivy and it's not just sex, but I think that would actually be a valid stipulation for such a hard-won relationship.
It's interesting because alone these two Scenarios you guys mentioned are really good Ideas how a possible IanxIvy Route can play out. I think this could go so many different ways and be really interesting (and hot of courseI would not be against this at all - it would be interesting to see how that would play out.

I don't recall Eva ever specifically mentioning the Ian/Ivy pairing in the past, so I don't think it's out of the question (in fact it's probably quite likely at some point). However, Eva has mentioned not wanting to rehash similar character arcs and paths from GGGB, so the whole turning Ivy "good" thing might not happen since it was already done with Jessica in GGGB. I think the Ivy and Ian pairing is guaranteed at this point. As mentioned above if Ian tells Axel the truth about Lena, depending on the agenda level, Ivy jokes with Ian and even gives him a peck on the cheek.
Another scene is where Holly is telling Ivy about her experience with Ian, Ivy says Ian seems like a pretty cool guy. Depending on the agenda level, she either says Ian is ok or he is cool.
Sure you can say these are just throwaway descriptions but I don't think Eva writes things without reason. Like how Alison pinches Ian on the cheek when they have dinner together, I think Eva is onto something when she includes these minor details.
Now whether it will be a romantic relationship with Ivy is another thing. My guess is no.

I only have one playthrough and haven't explored much online about other possibilities, but imma just say that it would be cute as hell if Ian and Lena got to a threesome with Louise at some point. They're falling for each other pretty hard and Lena fucking Lou on the side is super lustful for both of them. Lou likes being submissive af and she might like it if Lena suggested that Ian joins them at some point. It would develop both Ian/Lena and Lena/Louise so much imo.
