This week I've been making progress in the writing department while working on the art simultaneously. All the major illustrations are already drawn (I'll probably add a few extra ones at the end) and I'm painting over all the colored illustrations to get them fully ready. In this chapter I've wanted to give you quite a lot of control about outfit selection, and that means that some individual illustrations have up to 11 variations, plus layered tattoos and piercings. That makes working on those images pretty cumbersome, but hopefully the result will be worth it.
I've also added 4 new music tracks to the game, and two new backgrounds for this chapter. Here's one:

I will keep focusing on finishing Lena's scenes (3 major lewd scenes remain to be done, plus the surrounding interactions). I want to finish writing the chapter as quickly as possible but I also want to include as much content as I can, giving almost every character a spot to advance the plot.
I'm going for the final push, so hopefully I can start wrapping things up soon. Again, thanks for your patience and support!
Huh. I've had this idea that we'll probably see Jeremy's appartment in the next chapter, because Lena needs to have a talk with him, and they can't keep doing that at Lena's appartment forever with Louise nearby. But this is absolutely not Jeremy's appartment (it might be the other one).

It definitely looks like the house of one of the older characters. Minerva? Could be, but I think she's about 40, and I don't know anyone around that age with interiors like that. Ed and Molly? More likely, but the Lena x Ed path never really started, and Eva already indicated that it was likely to instead be added after the rest of the game is complete. Someone's parents? Could also be, but I would be surprised if Eva made a background for it, as I can't see that being necessary for many scenes.

Tl;dr: I have no idea whose appartmant this is

Edit: That picture on the right wall: Could be of a young Minerva, I think? But can't say for certain.

I see this as the home of Holly, or indeed Minerva.
I just can't imagine this house design and Jeremy, it just doesn't fit.
I can only say one thing with certainty - this "someone" has no taste in art:

I don't think we will meet anyones parents as that would be adding meaningless characters. Even when Lena visited her parents that was never shown in the game. Also who painted this portrait? There are 3 to 5 paintings in this room. So my guess this is an artists home, Ed/Molly.

Not enough religious attributes for such a Christian family that even shy people-pleaser Holly can barely stand.

The picture on the wall looks like Alison's portrait / photo to me.
The room is servicable enough to pass for an antiquated family. Don't need to shower it with crosses.

Visited discord today and you more or less confirmed it, so why even bother speculating.
I feel like my guess in itself could spoil things so I'd rather not risk it. Although considering one of the previous teases, I think it's fairly obvious whose place is it, and for what purpose it will be used...
I was dismissing Alison, since it is unlikely to visit her as long as she stays by her parents. However, the threesome has to be somewhere, so it makes sense to visit her there for such a special event.

It's a mere office affair with Minerva. Why would Ian bother to visit her?

My guess is Holly (more specifically, her parents living room).
Yeah, that might be a better suggestion than mine. I didn't think about the fact that Holly (and Alison) live at home. Could be one of those two.

Yeah, definitely not Jeremy. My slightly confusingly point was that Jeremy is the one character I’ve assumed will get a new background in this chapter—but that this for certain is not his apartment.

Yeah, Ian’s or Lena’s parents seem unlikely, as it wouldn’t be much point in wasting a background on it, and it would most likely involve that the parents show up as well. With Holly and Alison you could just have Ian or Lena visit them without their parents being at home.

I was wondering if that portrait on the wall was a painting of a photo … or a painting of a painting/drawing. If it’s the latter, Ed and Molly seems more likely. Molly as a young babe, drawn by the young stud Ed. I think the interiors look like it’s the home of someone in their sixties or older, though it doesn’t seem like the most obvious place for Lena to visit in the immediate future.

But with Alison and Holly, why would you stay in their parents living room? Everything interesting is bound to happen in their bedroom.

It looks like a painting to me. That is not a pose you photograph someone in.

The rocking chair points to someone taking naps at day, someone old or someone who is sick. Like Molly who is 59 and often too weak to work.
We also have to consider why this room is necessary. I don't see a reason to visit Holly or Minerva and stay in the living room. For Alison we need a place for the threesome, OK. But why the living room of her parents and not her bedroom? Also Jeremy should have his own place, Ians's room would work if Perry is away. Isn't he still helping out in the cafe? For Ed, Lena could agree to pose for a painting. That would continue Ed's path as she already posed for him at the cafe.
So Ed seem most likely to me by far, followed by Alison's threesome (maybe they just don't make it into the bedroom :D). For Holly and Minerva it should be a bedroom. Minerva is also just 40.

Yeah, I’m leaning towards a painting myself. Also you’re absolutely right that it would be weird to stay in the living room if it’s at Holly’s or Alison’s place. The painting looks closest to Alison or Minerva, but far from close enough to be certain about it, so it might as well be a young Molly—or someone completely random. But I think Cindy and Wade had a picture of them on the nightstand, so it seems more likely that Eva would place a picture of one of the characters there than just a random portrait.

Eva said earlier that she considered dropping the path with Lena and Ed, and instead add it after the game was completed. Considering that’s several chapters ago, I assume she went for that plan—at least at some point. But it also seems like she stopped stressing that much about getting updates out at a certain interval, and instead take the time necessary. With that change it also makes more sense to pick up Ed’s path, I guess.

Also it would be a good point to pick it up with the restrictions Seymour’s placed on her modelling career, even though posing for Ed obviously isn’t gonna make her rich. A sex scene between the two seems very premature—but a innocent nude drawing session … that still ends up adding some weird sexual tension between them: more plausible.

All right, I’m officially convinced.

It's obviously Holly's place (like 96% sure) the book painting and the decoration/furniture style has a bookworm vibe to it.
