A reformed Wade makes him even more appealing to female characters than if he'd never been in a rut at all, if female ticket sales on rom-coms are any indication. Could see potentially a Lena situation (especially in an Ian/Cindy cheater paring) and definitely an Ivy option for him, though I don't think Ivy would be an ideal match. Ivy might actually have a pairing with trust-fund enriched P-P-P-P-Perry too in a very odd relationship where she still gets run-through & keeps the porn up, which he enthusiastically puts up with (Pikachu face). I always saw both Jeremy/Ivy and Cindy/Axel as better options for them than Ian, even if it weren't for Mike's refusal, he always seemed like a better option for Lena because they have a lot in common, for me the best option for Ian is Holly or Cherry who have quite a few things in common, even though I like the Ian/Lena scenes for some reason I don't feel it is natural to their relationship but rather a bit forced, that's what it seems to me, right?
