This could explain why Holly eventually takes up pole-dancing whether you want her to or not. Cuts down a bunch of work making two bodies for every scene showing some skin. I think (if I remember right) that this railroading ticked BlandChili & potentially some other players off. This would at the very least explain the decision if not alleviate the annoyance.
I'd be surprised if that doesn't happen. I think slutty Holly will want to prove she's the equal of Lena, and can seduce Chad Ian. The whole point of her becoming 'slutty', was because she couldn't get Ian interested in her. So now she's becoming more Lena-like, she'll probably want to scratch that itch.
I personally hope for a path where normal Ian and slutty Holly finally become a dedicated couple. So it looks good that there will be a path for Ian and Holly to become a couple even this late.

But I also agree with you that there will be most probably a path where slutty Holly and Ian have at least a fling.

Unless you're specifically talking about a Holly that has had sex with Mark, Robert, Clark, and more, then entering a dedicated relationship with Ian a "slutty" Holly and normal Ian can already get together. Holly's change has to do with how much Lena, and Ian to a lesser extent, encourage Holly to be more outgoing and get out of her comfort zone. It's entirely possible for Holly to smoke weed on the beach trip and wear the skimpier bikini and still be with Ian.
Clark can already be one of Holly's conquests when Ivy is showing off to Lena during Lena's little intermission this last update. Robert, Mark, and Clark can all have selfies sent to Ivy that Ivy will then share with Lena. Marcel is certainly still a possibility, I have my doubts about the others you listed. Yes, Billy showed some interest, but he's starting to feel more like Lena's evolution from Stalkfap into porn, at least to me. Mike and Jeremy both seem doubtful, at least for Holly to be getting with, as they both have never met her, though that can easily be remedied, as well as arguing they've met her off screen when the girls have hit the club.

I already have a line of saves for an Ian/"encouraged" Holly couple path and it is really nice! But in this case it is about coming togather with Holly at this rather late time. And then it is most probably "slutty" Holly out there.
I still think there'll be a later option for Ian and Holly to get together. I think Cindy and Cherry are not possible, if Ian isn't already hooking up with them. I think there's probably still a chance though for Alison, Emma if he's previously been involved with her and Lena if they never got together earlier.
I hope so also, that Holly is among those girls we can get into a relationship at several times during the game. Cindy and Emma are two characters I can accept as friends, but I will certainly not try to land with them.
The girls I like the most for Ian are Lena, Holly and Alison.

Besides the visual content it might also just have been done to avoid having to account for the difference in terms of narrative work-load. I speculated as much when it happened too, since the non-pole dancing route didn't really have a lot of unique material, a dinner with Louise but otherwise Holly was just missing from certain Ivy-related scenes, so my guess is that Eva just gave up wanting to continue to account for that option.
I think non-changed Holly might do Stan. Changed Holly already gets with Clark under certain circumstances so there is no need to speculate there.
As for anyone in the future, I wouldn't discount anyone except for perhaps Perry. Jeremy could be an option if he gets with either Ivy or Lena, we've seen with Ian recommending Emma to him that he doesn't shy away from sex just because he's been blind to the person as a potential option. Billy and Marcel, like you mention, seem like obvious picks, especially if they get involved with either Ivy or Lena first.
Lena and Holly can both get with Mark and keep their romance intact so if Eva feels like expanding on that I don't see why they couldn't explore moresomes together.
I'd be rather appreciative if she could get with another woman too. I know Ivy is a cock-advocate, but it'd be fun to see slutty Holly getting it on with a woman who isn't Lena or Ivy too.
