My Ian and Lena are casual. Throuple happens with no choices and the discussion of MFM happens just fine.

I'm catching some of my other paths up before I continue my main save. I was wondering does Lena have to not be on the Ian path for this choice. As I did a speed run with cheat mode and still couldn't get it, so it wasn't due to a lack of attribute / skill points.

Because as far as I can tell, EK is very anti-swinger. The allison-ian-jeremy thing is iffy at best, and in all other cases it's clear her tastes require a 'winner' and a 'loser'.
