Just double checked, it's not it. Threesome occurred in chapter 10, back when Alison wasn't blonde yet. She became blonde during chapter 11 and the CG has her blonde. Maybe it's not in game yet.
This is from the text messages from Alison to Ian when he's in the Beach house. I'm not sure what the conditions are without using URM to forcefully trigger it.
