I'm not able to get Lena to call Mike after meeting cherry. I tried it with the mod too but the scene just doesn't appear. It's grey with dialogue.

I've always hoped there would be more than one way to become a successful author as Ian.It would be cool if the book choices did have some interesting, unique impact on the story, I just hope that it's not a 'x, x and x choice when writing the book is the right formula, and the rest are wrong' deal. that would really suck.
Taking a look at the walkthrough, there doesn't appear to be any skill points gained from the choices you make while writing the book, so that's not it.
I wonder what the potential impact could be to the story, depending on your choices?
My own ideas are:
1. Correct combinations for a standard novel. Holly hints something in this direction if you ask her advice. Ian who gets a correct combination can become a selling author regardless of other factors.
2. Inventive writing with Victor. Ian writes a book with some more unorthodox ideas which turns out to appeal to Victor. If you have a good relationship to Victor, Ian becomes a succesful author despite not hitting the correct combination and becomes known for writing books that challenge writing norms.
3. Consipracy with Seymour. This is assuming Seymour always takes on a villainous/antagonist role. With a good relationship Ian can work with Seymour and get his book published regardless of the quality. Ian becomes a succesful author because of Seymour's ability to sell a product.

gay is not ntr lol??? and this game technicly already has ntr if you date lena with ian and cheat with her its ntr and will prob have some with holly 100% and alison and cindy possible maybe depends how you play.

For example, when Lena sends a selfie to Ian and after that she uses the same selfie to seduce Mike, that's already NTR stuff.
Or even when she spies on Louise's phone to see the pictures of Jeremy's dick.
GGGB had some heavy NTR stuff as well.
For those who don't know, NTR just means "netorare", which is a Japanese word for "cheating". It doesn't have anything to do with gay content.

I didn't say gay was ntr? I said it can create flame wars in the same way NTR does because they are both a point of contention for many players. Even in this thread when Eva put in a small dialogue scene about trans porn it stirred up contention. So, my theory of her not adding gay content for Ian might in part be because she wants to avoid drama.

Very true, I asked a question in regards to games similar to this one and my comment got deleted even though a lot of people were writing back. The mods here are whack and give borderline discord neckbeard type vibes.

Chapter 9 weekly status report (2)
The development of Chapter 9 is still underway.
- I have completed around 65 drawings, with more than 40 variations and 2 animations. The colorist has already turned a few of those in and I've finished a couple of those, since I wanted to try a new approach in editing them, and I'm very happy with how these first ones turned out. Sadly I can't show you anything yet.
- I have completed the drawings for 7 of the major sex scenes in this chapter, 2 more are left to do, and also 3 additional sets that I will try to delegate. Some other additional illustrations are needed, but the most important part of that job is almost done.
- I will be travelling during a few days this month, and I'll try to use that time to start writing the new chapter.
