I'd say it's been more and more obvious that he's the "big baddie" as the story's progressed and it gradually has been revealed how powerful he is. But to me he's always seemed less intelligent and impressive than he's trying to appear as (his bullshit about the female body and photography, also his interpretation of Nietzsche). I've been unsure if that has been Eva's intention or not, but these stats more or less prove the latter – it seems that the way he's trying to appear, also is the way Eva actually sees him.
I've also been unsure of how he'll be involved in the story sexually. The photoshoots and his general interactions with Lena obviously shows that he's interested in her, but it's been difficult to say to what degree that is about sex or about some sort of power. But the fact that he's been given a lust stat of 10 – not a 6 or thereabouts – definitely indicates that it's just as much about sex as about power.
I don't particuarly like Seymour, but I'm still looking forward to see how he'll affect the story, even more so after this character card. And as you mention,
lipe2410, the fact that he's getting more involved on Ian's side of the story only makes it more intricate.
