Any idea if I missed out on other choices needed for this? JD Mod and walkthrough only mention Gillians pictures in chapter 3 (keep looking at them) and not waking up during the nightmare aka giving in to it (which apparently works if you keep looking at her pictures in chapter 3...lol). I did both and still can't tell Lena about the dream.

As long as you didn't select Stop this shit! you should be able to tell about the dream, presuming your Ian actually is on the cuck path. To start this path you need to pick One of the best? option when Lena gives Ian a handjob in Ch.10 and compliments his cock.
