You don't. The initial "open" relationship is not an open relationship. If you follow the dialogue it is clear, they just want to try things together with other people. The focus is on together, not behind each others back.

Thank you for your explanation, i see now that i am on the hook-up path and not in an open relationship. Because if i pick the first option with both Ian and Lena they still break-up because of Ian. Damn, i think i made a mistake in ch8 with the relationship choices. I always thought there would be another chance later in the game. Can you tell me what the easiest way to fix this is?

Finally played this chapter and eh. Other than the breakup, and the hawt axel sex scene nothing else of consequence really happens well, other than Perry being bi and Lena having an abortion
I was able to do this despite being on the trinity path. The fingering option depends on your lust level and if Ian either hooked up with Emma in the bathroom in chapter 10 or hooked up with Emma in the morning in chapter 12 before Lena arrives.

There is enough romance in life without this game. People want what they can't do in reality, they want more extreme or variety, and not get romantic sex between a guy and his a gf - between Ian and Lena - in every update. It's just boring.

I'm skeptical about prostitution. If its the classic one, then the game is not dark enough to fit that. Despite financial struggles, there is no indication that Lena would resort to that. And for the rest of the cast, its even less of a likelihood sans Ivy.
Of course, in a broader sense, many things can be considered prostitution: Working for Seymour, Stalkfap as a whole and especially the requests, paying Stan for shoots, Billys event. Once again, scenes that could only apply to Lena and Ivy. Why would the rest of the cast decide to go the deep end? Holly has a promising career, Emma just wants light fun, most of them are looking for regular work and a relationship.

The poll wasn't really done too well if the intent was to change the direction of content. The bottom few are generally more position based (fisting, foot jobs, cunnilingus, rimming, etc). Whereas the top half are broad categories (maledom, prostitution, bbc, cuckolding, etc). With those categories more specifics can be made, but the reverse is not really possible, so of course those broader option would win out.
The purpose of the poll seems more geared for giving EK a general idea of where the patrons minds are at for what they like, rather than adding very specific scenes. With that the trend seems to be women being submissive and "corrupted". But I feel like EK should already know thats what the patrons like based on Lena being voted the favourite MC.
In my ideal world EK would just write what she wants since that's what brought her fans in the first place instead of catering to fans that don't know what they want half of the time. Oh well I guess she has to write more Stan content in the future

The issue with your save, assuming you want a relationship between Ian and Lena, is that Ian isn't over Gillian. The easiest way to achieve this is to delete Gillian's photos at the beginning of the game and telling her that Ian has moved on when they meet. If you don't do that, there are other opportunities in Ian's dreams, usually involving spending willpower to move on.
The best option would be to replay the game to achieve that. If you don't want to do that, I have taken the liberty of modifying your save file. Please note that the only alteration is changing the Gillian_stop flag from false to true. I take no responsibility for any weirdness that might result from using it. I was unable to test it since you are using mods. Also note that the result of this will be Ian and Lena being a couple; it will not be an open relationship. Any future experimentation on their part will most certainly be considered cheating. Whether or not there will be future opportunities for an open relationship, whether it will require cheating first or not, only the dev knows. If your goal is an open relationship, the only certain way to obtain it so far is to have Ian and Lena become a couple in chapter 8, then at a minimum, have Lena cheat on Ian.
I stand corrected. It just goes to show, despite the ridiculously large number of playthroughs I've done, there are still combinations I've missed.
Similarly, if you want Ian to date Lena while still being hung up on Gillian, you would need for them to become a couple in chapter 8.

I don't think it's too difficult to use.
Pick an arbitrary point, say 300 votes with the poll as you posted it, and steer content in those directions. If there isn't a clear fit, like what you mention with prostitution, then build towards it. Lustful stalkfap Lena isn't too far off such a point imo. Categories with fewer votes should be slotted in where they fit but not necesarily take development focus, so though it's the lowest scoring option foot fetish should still pop up for people who enjoy it with certain characters, at least with the main Ian/Lena pairing. On the other hand anal should perhaps be a topic that's at least an explored option with most female characters, which it already is really.
You could also consider twinning categories. For example male and fem dom. Maledom has double the votes but 279 for femdom is not insignificant either, so while maledom should at least be a theme with a couple of the female characters, the difference is not so big that femdom shouldn't be considered where it fits in too. For example I think slutty Holly/Ian could be quite hot with a femdom variant if Eva was so inclined. Similar case with oral sex, the male version is clearly a preference so scenes focusing on this should be included for most male options whereas cunnilingus is perhaps best preserved for lesbian scenes and m/f scenes of a more mutually pleasurable character, like with romantic pairings.
It's another question if doing it this way is right of course, but I think there's plenty of ways to use the data.

It's a somewhat unexplored category for EvaKiss and it usually ranks as the endgame for other corruption stories. I don't think it's that odd. I'd be interested in it, depending on the circumstances.
