Axel does take her out to coffee to apologize, but he gives her space after that, since it's framed as the end of their relationship. And it can be, if you/Lena refuse to look at the photos.People who are seeing each other, however it starts, still go on dates though. Basically any activity, out and about, with the people in the relationship, can be a date. Even chore dates (shopping/errands) are a bit more than fucking someone at their work, or calling them for a hookup. Ian and Lena walk in the park at least. Go on a mini-beach vacation, hit the club together. No one else even takes her out to a movie or dinner (forgot, rich guy takes her to dinner to grill her about Nitzche), the most cliched of dates. Even Ian seeing Lena at the life drawing class is closer to a date than everyone else, iirc. (haven't played the recent Stan route) I think the point stands that all Lena's male LIs are not treating her well stands.
Robert takes her out to Shine. He has to leverage saving her job to get her to go out for a drink with him, but by the criteria of 'basically any activity' it counts. He also shows up at her life drawing class. Realistically, Robert might be the closest any of the characters come to being single, available and trying to date her, outside of Ian and Stan, but Lena is the one who only wants him as a fuck piece.
Has critical thinking deteriorated so much that we need the characters to state the obvious for it to be accepted fact/truth? Axel, Jeremy and Mike have no reason to risk taking Lena out on a date, even if they wanted to, so why would they?At least lampshade that shit by them not wanting to be caught out, while on a date.
Even still, while there are characters who exist purely for sex scenes, they're mostly side characters. When it comes to the main love interests, it's split pretty evenly. Ian, Stan and Robert, who are all single and interested, try to date Lena, and depending on your choices at least either Ian or Stan can be successful. Axel, Mike and Jeremy, who are not single, but still interested, don't go on dates with her, because they have no reason to flaunt the relationship in front of their friends/girlfriends.
