Quite often but there is a whole alpha/beta/final cycle release over a month for each updates, and some updates are quite small (like prologue/epilogue)

Regarding consequences, you can interrupt Axel on his second touch with no drawback. (well, other than -1 with Axel, but fuck that guy) It's the first one that Ian can get shit for. In fact, if you don't interrupt the second touch that lowers Cindy's relationship with Wade by 1 point; Axel being handsy clearly makes her think of new pastures.

If you don't commit to her entirely and don't give the best answers, she can lose interest and even end the relationship. There is also a difference between romancing and loving her and merely lusting after her. In the latter, she isn't obliged to Ian, so its quite reasonable that or if she seeks out Axel as well.
Her route isn't even that much about betrayal, even though it starts as an affair with the appeal of breaking a taboo. It isn't so much about gloating and humiliating Wade than disregarding him as unenthusiastic and not "worthy" to the ambitious, slightly spoiled Cindy, so someone like Axel or Ian will step up sooner or later. Wade isn't the focus in that plotline, he is very much baggage.
And of course, Perry neither couldn't nor wouldn't be able to charm someone like her. And neither Jeremy. Ian was the right choice in that regard.
The playthrough I saw the ass grab was literally the one I was most committed to Cindy. I broke up with everyone, didn't pressure her at all about the Axel stuff and said I trust her. And then BAM ass grab
Ironically the playthrough where I stopped giving shit, told her she was playing with me and didn't text her at all is the only one where I didn't see the ass grab.
Would be worth it just to see people screaming at the outrage of Perry potentially getting it on with Emma, Cindy and Cherry. Just add Ivy to the set, she does find his stutter adorable.
It's the " you're playing with me " option which prevents the ass grab pic scenario.
That's the mistake. If Ian doesn't put his foot down Cindy takes it as a sign she can do as she pleases, and she does as much. You'll need to take middle road, where Ian is respectful but draws boundaries for Cindy, if she wants the relationship to work.

Would you like to know the reason why? It's because Cindy is in fact playing with him. Cindy, rightfully, sees herself getting away with what she's doing to Wade and an Ian that unquestionably supports her. But Ian can see through that, either to Wade's benefit or his own, and that's the difference. In the later he calls her out and makes clear what the expectations he has for his relationship with her. In the former he's being played by her.
But she's totally going to give up on that, aaaany minute now.
(srsly though, if EK gives me the currently missing option to burn will point on that so dumped Lena can have her lesbian romance with Holly, i'm hitting that button so hard. Insert Kratos meme, etc)
