Most likely? A and D. Possibly G if you're playing Lena as a slut. I think E is completely impossible. From what we know of Axel, he would never in a million years be ok with some other guy touching "his" girl. He's fine with sharing if it's with 2 girls but def not with a man. Cindy is exempt from this because Axel doesn't view her as "his" he only views Lena in that way.

A this is pretty much a given. would really surprise me if that's not gonna happen.

C i don't see Holly being the kind of person to go along with that. and considering that Minerva liked Holly and hated Ian, but then reveals she actually wants Ian, gives me the impression she doesn't really like Holly, otherwise she would appear hating her as well.

Both of these would take some time to come about though, seeing as Cindy needs to get over Wade, or her sense of guilt, enough first.

I didn't remember this part of the Seymour x Lena shoots and I thought it was out of character that Seymour got hard during a shoot, as it would show that Lena has power over him. So I went back and revisited the their scenes, in case I missed something, but didn't find anything explicit. Can you show/tell me when this is mentioned/hinted at?
Was the threesome with Ivy / Lena / Holly really a "threesome" or was it more typical lesbian messing around including kissing, petting & fiddling?

Of course it is. A threesome is when three people have sex with each other. Their gender combination or the specific sexual acts doesn't make a difference.
C and H are the ones i don't find possible looking at the game's content now, every other option seems more likely so maybe these 2 will be as well in the future.
It's just something I thought might have happened during the very first photoshoot, where Lena wears black lingerie. It's why I said "iirc" actually. I did not boot up the game and look for it.
