So it'd be weird for Jeremy to chastise Ian who chooses to fuck around and tell him to be faithful to a girl Jeremy doesn't believe to be good for Ian in the first place. It's not different from Ivy encouraging Lena to fuck around instead of going exclusive with Ian, since Ivy doesn't believe in relationships in general.

Let's be honest here. The only reason she can be like that, is if you make the choices that make her that way. So if you don't want her to be that way, why would you do that? If you choose it, she can be totally faithful to Ian, and vice versa.

Today I woke up with a strange feeling of nostalgia for this game, any news about the update ?
Next status update should be released this week, it should hopefully be the last before the release. So if EK sticks to that schedule expect it for around next week Sunday.
