What you have to do is extract the file of this rar that is .bat in the folder where you have the exe of the game.

- Run the unren tool and hit 3 then enter, exit
- In the game before the choice hit Shift+O to open console
- Type stan_change=2 then hit enter

- For Mac, just download renpy.
- Then copy and paste the PC version folder "Our Red String - alpha ch11" into the folder where Renpy.exe is located.
- Run renpy and you will see Our Red String Like This
